1920 Enterprise Way

1920 Enterprise is a full rental apartment building developed on the Mill Creek for Kelowna’s Mission Group consisting of primarily 1 BR and 2 BR Suites with modern interiors. Suites are designed to take advantage of view of the natural creek setting and connections to the Okanagan Rail Trail that connects west to downtown waterfront as well as UBCO and is within walking distance to Parkinson Recreation Centre.

The building is clad primarily in fibre cement panels with a high level of visual interest created using a variation in textures (panel cladding, board and batten as well as horizontal lap siding) in a variated colour palette to delineate horizontal and vertical massing. The building has a prominent visitor entry located adjacent to visitor parking and visible from the street and, in addition, has a convenient resident entry that allows residents to avoid the parking areas and directly access the public sidewalks to downtown.
