Landmark 6

2012 - Kelowna, BC

Landmark VI delivers approximately 200,000 square feet of premier Class A office space within a concrete and glass curtain wall envelope. The tower’s design is a newer interpretation of the historical “banding” seen on older adjacent Landmark towers, creating visual continuity across the district. At 18 storeys tall, Landmark VI held the distinction of the tallest office building between Calgary and Vancouver for years following its completion and remains a definitive fixture on the Kelowna skyline.

The tower was developed in concert with the emerging Landmark District, a new mixed-use residential and commercial neighborhood that forms the core of the Capri-Landmark urban center. Demonstrating an integrated approach to site planning, the project is supported by extensive parking infrastructure also designed by our office: the adjacent Landmark VI parkade and the complementary Dickson Parkade, situated directly across the street.
