1920 Enterprise Way

1920 Enterprise is a full rental apartment building developed along Mill Creek for Kelowna’s Mission Group consisting of primarily 1 BR and 2 BR Suites with modern interiors. Suites are designed to take advantage of natural creek views, and enjoy easy connection to the Okanagan Rail Trail which connects the western side of the city to the downtown waterfront, as well as UBCO in the opposite direction. The project is also within walking distance to Parkinson Recreation Centre.

The building is clad primarily in fibre cement panels with a high level of visual interest created using a variation in textures (panel cladding, board and batten as well as horizontal lap siding) in a varied colour palette to delineate horizontal and vertical massing. The building has a prominent visitor entry located adjacent to visitor parking and visible from the street and, in addition, has a convenient resident entry that allows residents to avoid the parking areas and directly access the public sidewalks to downtown.
