Caban

CABAN is a progressive mixed-use residential project designed for Cressey Developments of Vancouver on Gyro Beach in Kelowna’s South Pandosy neighborhood. The architecture is a high quality modern midrise design containing 127 luxury condominium units in two six-story towers. The towers frame an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and fitness amenities on top of a 209 stall concrete parking structure. Ground floor uses surround the parkade and include retail and restaurant spaces on Lakeshore Drive while townhouses face the quieter Richter Avenue facing away from the beach. The building architecture employs a series of “frame” elements that float over the retail base and below a broad cantilevered roof canopy.
